LCHC Elgin is thrilled to extend a warm welcome to our newest addition, Nurse Practitioner Catie Sims. Born and bred right here in Elgin, Catie’s journey comes full circle as she returns home to serve her community.
From her early days in kindergarten to her graduation from high school, Catie was deeply ingrained in the fabric of Elgin life, actively involved in 4H and FFA, laying the foundation for her commitment to caring for others.
Catie’s academic journey includes earning degrees from Oklahoma State University in Nutrition, the University of Oklahoma College of Nursing, and culminating in a Master of Science in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner degree from Georgetown University School of Nursing and Health Studies.
Pediatrics holds a special place in Catie’s heart, where her dedication shines as she cares for children from birth to 21 years of age, ensuring each little one receives the highest standard of care.
Beyond her professional endeavors, Catie finds joy and fulfillment in her roles as a mother to two sons, her unwavering support for OSU sports, the exhilaration of Thunder basketball games, and working the cattle on her ranch.
Catie’s return to Elgin brings with it a wealth of knowledge, compassion, and a genuine love for her hometown. We are truly privileged to have her on board, enriching the lives of our community.
