Recently, Davinci Robot representatives held an in person training session with the Great Plains technology students to give them a hands on experience with the Davinci Xi Robot to help prepare them for robotic surgery at Comanche County Memorial Hospital. They learned how the robot operates, how to drape the robot, how to dock and undock the robot to the patient, and the expectations of the students when they come into the hospital in December for their clinical rotation. This experience gave students an opportunity to ask questions, get preparation for our robot program, and allows students to get comfortable in the facility.
