FIRST COVID-19 VACCINE AT CCMH
Laura Thomas, RN, Charge and COVID ICU nurse got the first vaccine!
History was made last week as the first round of COVID-19 vaccines were given to front line healthcare providers. This monumental event was kicked off by a visit from Governor Kevin Stitt. We cannot thank our team members enough for their continued dedication to caring for our family and friends of Southwest Oklahoma. Nikki Martinez, LPN, administered the vaccine to five additional team members – Jona Khulman, ED RN; Angie Woodward, Respiratory Therapist; Dr. Timothy Trotter, Cardiovascular Thoracic Surgeon and COVID ICU Medical Director; Dr. Scott Michener, CCMH Chief Medical Officer; Dr. Daniel Constance, Hospitalist.
